The Tee-Time Reservation System is up and running. Please be patient, as we all learn how to use this new system.
A few things must be done before you can use it. Please log onto Bellportgolfclub.com if you have not done so already. Once you have logged in please go into Reservations. Please put your Teetime member #(if you do not know please call proshop) and the password 1234. This will direct you to fill out some information. Please make sure to change the password and add an email. If you do not change the password 1234, everytime you log in to make reservations you will have to fill in all your info again.
Once you have created your password you may start making reservations 7 days in advance. Remember you can make reservations for you and a guest 5 days in advance.
For weekday times please go into Bookings.
For weekend times before 11:30 please go into Requests. (remember this is not your teetime/times will be sent out on Thursday for Saturday and Sunday. You may go into bookings after Thursday to make a time or change a time once requests have been done.)
For weekend times after 11:30 please go into bookings.
For any “A” members wishing to make times for guests you may do so on Thursday once requests are complete. Please go into bookings for this.
The Tee-Time system is very user friendly. You can now create buddy lists so when you are making times you don’t have to always look up your playing partners numbers. You can also see all your advance times and who you are playing with.
Please take the time to create buddy lists.
You may also call 631-803-5121 or make times through the proshop computer in person.
Daily tee sheets will come out the morning of play. They will no longer come out a day in advance. Please use the computer to make and delete times up to the day of play.
