Ladies and Gentlemen,
Back for the 125th year of golf in Bellport, is our Match Play Tournament!
For those who are new (or those who need a reminder) In this tournament, the field will be broken up into flights consisting of 8 members, based on your handicap index. From there, members will play under Match Play rules, with no shots being given.
In this event, there will be both a Women’s Division as well as a Men’s Division, with the tees being determined by the flight makeup. You will not be able to choose your tees and handicaps will be taken from the May 26th revision.
All matches must be completed by the following schedule:
– 1st match must be completed by Friday, June 21st
– 2nd match must be completed by Friday, July 26th
– Final Matches must be completed by Wednesday, August 14th
All participants must be able to play matches during the week All matches are responsible for setting up their own tee times. Do not wait until the last day to try and set up tee times. If an agreement can’t be made between opponents, the Tournament Committee will determine the outcome.
Be aware that this is a last in/first out sign up. Late sign ups will go on a waiting list. The entry fee for the event will be $10 per person and sign ups will be done in the Pro Shop with the deadline being Friday, May 24th.
